Awesome stuff :) I look forward to seeing a Wayland backend implemented, so Dolphin can join all the other emulators on the modern Linux desktop as it deserves.
What does that mean? The emulator works fine on Linux?
Dolphin has to run through a compatibility layer on more modern systems (using xWayland). By implementing a native Wayland interface, a compatibility layer won’t be necessary and Dolphin can use features such as HDR and zero copy presentation (low latency).
Oh that’s interesting. Would that zero copy presentation feature help when using it in Vulkan mode?
