To avoid a similar situation in the future, Mastodon is a good choice. They can migrate their account if an instance goes wrong.
Others are more centralized if not totally centralized. It will repeat sooner or later on them.
Just change the name of the sub to “Obsessed with Elon” already. Garbage.
Yeah, can you imagine? People having legit and valid criticisms against a billionaire scammer who thrives on drama, as long as his name is dropped? Who does that? Who would complain about a person who touts himself a genius whilst showing every-single-time that he’s little more than a dumb scammer who got very lucky from the day he was born whilst screwing over everyone on his path?

I left months ago and have been doing my science communication on Mastodon since then. Sure, it sucks having to start over on a new platform, but I had already been doing that since leaving Facebook anyways.
