It wasn’t a serious comment. The thought process was that since US and Israel are allies and enemies of Iran, an US enclave suddenly appearing in place of Gaza might prompt them to retaliate pre-emptively.
Of course if would be senseless since it would start a major unwinnable war for Iran.
