Walt Disney Co. said it will acquire a 33% stake in Hulu from Comcast for approximately $8.6 billion, a deal that will give Disney full control of the streaming service.

    Hulu was cool when it launched. You could watch tv for free if you watched a few ads! RIP.

      Yeah, it was basically on demand TV, which was much cooler than it seems for anyone that didn’t go through the old era of broadcast tv and cable as the only options.
