I’m personally more worried about what a company is doing with my data. I.e. Google reading your emails for “personalized ads” or just straight up selling my data.

I feel confident that Tuta is not selling my data, and that’s what’s important to me.

On top of this, I also use my own domain, posteo does not support custom domains.

If i only used proton for email, how is that not a replacement?

Don’t get me wrong I love my folding phone.

I haven’t done any research, but the OS (One UI from Samsung, in this case) has a lot of tweaks to make sure everything works seamlessly and smoothly with the larger screen.

I’m just assuming that the de-googled OSes probably don’t play nice with the larger screen, especially while opening and closing.

Damn i guess what I’ll do for now is de-google the most i can with the apps/services I use and then going for a non-folding pixel for my next phone
