I think the article (or more Lennart Poertting post) explains it quite nicely. The problem with sudo is that the sudo binary itself has the ability to gane elevated privileges which is a potential attack surface

Ignoring any computation, I guess rhe fastest would be dependent on the medium which transport the data and the limit there is the speed of light
No it fortunatly doesn’t. The games don’t need an USK (official german) rating. Steam seems to have it’s own rating system which seems to be enough
