Oh, I don’t have an issue with the links in the post even though I’m not on ani.social. The app just goes to the disc post I selected. I don’t really use it in the browser
Yeah, it’s helpful, although I sometimes forget it exists
Thanks for the effort you and the other mods put in. It’s appreciated. It’s a small, but overall nice community. I don’t really miss the Reddit alternative. The small size also made me more active in the comments and posts (if only a little) than I was on Reddit. It feels less like you’re posting into a void, especially if you’re a day or two later in the discussion posts.
hilariously bad at handling money
Thankfully he’s got a good guy that allows him to rectify his mistakes.
relationship baiting
Can you already call that baiting?
was not used to how loud all the crickets were at night
Yeah, nature or countryside isn’t necessarily quiet. Crickets or cicadas or whatever can be pretty loud. Their higher pitch makes it more present too. Summertime tends to be the worst.
True, it depends on where you want them to be assertive.
actually recognize their own feelings and communicate with one another.
It shouldn’t be, but it’s such a breath if fresh air
Ayase and Okarun have such great chemistry and their VAs convey it so well
If by being assertive you mean knowing what they want, then I’d say Wotakoi. One of my favourites in general.
It’s wild to me that this got a 2nd season, but so many good anime don’t
S1 is the weakest of the bunch imo. I had the same thoughts initially. Then season 2 started and it just became infinitely better for me.
Also, now that I watched AoT, Kaiju No. 8 feels like a dumbed-down knock-off.
Yeah, it absolutely is.
Why is the name ‘Mihari’ translated as ‘Gard’?
From the anime I’m watching, the only OP and ED that really stand out are the ones from Dandadan. The other ones are fine.
And honestly, that kinda sums up this season in so far in general for me. There are some I’m enjoying a fair amount, but not much that stands out. Even Re:Zero I’m not enjoying as much as I’d have hoped. Maybe I’m in a bit of a slump or I’m watching the wrong things.
I can’t believe there might be more reason to dislike CR.
Are we sure this is not satire?
This doesn’t need to be an anime
Loved this season. After a neat ending with Zoku Owari, and despite a pretty big change in the status quo and setting, it still managed to maintain its vibe and storytelling. I feel like many stories tend to fall off if something similar happened. I guess that’s a plus of actually putting time into your side-characters before finishing the main story.
I was happy to see Shinobu and Araragi back for the final arc though. Though it wasn’t needed, Shinobu’s origins were very cool and fitting. Suicide Master was a great addition too. The detective vibes were nice too
Kagenui coming back this ep and making swift work of Kie was great.
If there’s one thing I didn’t like this season is the lack of those flash cuts, or whatever you call them. They added a lot to the style. Tbf though, they were already reduced quite a bit during Owari and Zoku.
I hope to see more again.
Didn’t expect to see Towa again. Guess this is a vtuber anime now lol
Well, there’s our plot. A little boring way of revealing this with an exposition dump, but oh well.
