Updates generally don’t require settings resets. It can happen if there’s major changes but that’s the exception, not the norm. If Chrome updates revert settings to default with any degree of regularity (I actually don’t know if they do, I haven’t really touched Chrome in ten? years) that’s either gross incompetence or sheer malice.

The current system is entirely sustainable. It does need reforms, but a regulated market economy combined with strong social welfare programmes is the best economic system we’ve come up with so far, by a very large margin. Planned economies were attempted, they universally failed.

Unlike Russia, Ukraine is not ruled by fascists and no provinces that want to secede from Ukraine either.
