I’m curious if it would ever actually be possible to encounter one of his joke items in the wild, or if they merely only exist in photos.

And if they are real plants: Could I just… Take it? Would it be like finding painted rocks or would that be akin to the dude who ate the banana art?

They’re staged pictures, but the artist sells their toys on their website. About 1000-2000 of each toy are produced. They go quick.
